Creekside UMC: Sports Ministries

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

The program is for both boys and girls 1st thru 6th grade.

The early registration cost per child for Basketball is $125.

The early registration cost per child for Cheerleading is $125.

After October 2nd - $135 Late registration fee applies.

Deadline for registration is October 18th.

EVALUATIONS AND SIGN-UPS:

Everyone must attend one Basketball Evaluation or Cheerleading Sign-up.

They will take place at Creekside as follows:

Monday, October 18th between 6:00 pm and 8:30 pm

Tuesday, October 19th between 6:00 pm and 8:30 pm

If you are unable to attend one of the evaluations, you will be randomly assigned to a team.

LEAGUE SCHEDULE:

Practices Begin: Monday, November 29, 2010

First Game: Saturday, December 11, 2010

Awards Celebration: Saturday, February 19, 2011
