Job Title: Administrative assistant
This position is an essential face of the church and is an invaluable part of Creekside’s ministry! As a supporting member of the team, the Administrative Assistant seeks to both lead and serve the church in fulfilling its mission and vision.
This is a part-time position with in-person hours in the church office on Monday-Thursday from 9am-4pm; 28 hours/week. The team member needs to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is friendly and engaging, and have a genuine heart and love for God and His Church. This person must maintain confidentiality regarding all church business and have strong organizational skills. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering phone calls and receiving people in the church office, directing calls and questions/comments to appropriate persons, maintaining office equipment, office supplies and inventory, managing visitor, member, and group records, supporting ministry staff with projects, assisting the Director of Administration and HR as needed. This position reports to our Executive Pastor.

SPECIAL NEEDS MINISTRY TEACHER
Creekside Church is looking for staff to work with children ages 5 years old - 11 years old in our Children’s Special Needs Ministry - Shine. This is a part-time Children's staff position with hours on Sunday mornings between 9:00-12:30. If desired, opportunities to work during other church events and Wednesday evenings are also available. Requirements of this position include teaching Special Needs adapted Bible lessons while engaging with children, creating an environment of trust and connection with the families. Applicants must: have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education or another child development-related field, pass a background screening, have good references, be extremely reliable and have great communication skills.
