Family Promise

Family Promise is an organization that equips and empowers those who are homeless in getting work and acquiring permanent housing. Creekside along with 12 other churches in Forsyth County are partnering to house and feed up to four families for one week at a time.

Creekside is proud to support Family Promise of Forsyth by hosting these families. Please check our events page to see if we have any current host week opportunities. We are all invited to play a small role in making a difference in their lives!

Family Promise is a nationally known non-profit organization that supports homeless families. Creekside church partners with Family Promise in Forsyth county providing homeless families a safe place to stay for a week several times a year. While on our campus we provide a place for them to sleep, have meals, fellowship and allow families to have private time together. There are many opportunities to serve during our next host weeks.

“Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? THE PLACE OF FORSYTH COUNTY
The Place of Forsyth County is a nonprofit, social service organization that serves residents of Forsyth county. The Place assists with basic needs and other services such as GED and workplace training. Creekside has an ongoing partnership with The Place. We support this mission in various ways including toiletry, diaper, and backpack collection. Also serve at Christmas with Holiday House.

Food Pantry

Feeding The Five Thousand (FTFT) is Creekside's local food ministry. FTFT is a food pantry, but with a difference. Instead of just having a room full of food for folks to come and pick up, we have assembled bags that will feed a family of four for a week and deliver them.

Donations and More

FTFT operates on our campus and serves residents of Forsyth county. Service opportunities include collecting, sorting, and delivering food items.

Delivery volunteers are assigned a client, and the purpose of this relationship is not only to offer them food, but also build Christian relationships through prayer, connection, and invitation to worship at Creekside.

Ecuador

Creekside has been mission partners with Alpha & Omega Methodist Church in Misahualli, Ecuador since 2014. Alpha & Omega serves members of the town and remote jungle communities. In addition to our financial support for their appointed in Pastor: Senior Pastor Fabiola. we provide support through our prayers and our presence.
