In this group you'll discover how other people have found ways to make it through; why it won't always hurt so much; reasons for hope; and practical tips for coping with the death of a spouse. This 1.5 hour special GriefShare program provides an encouraging video seminar, a time to share with others struggling like you as well as a booklet to help guide you on how to live with grief and offers hope to help rebuild your life.
