Event and Facility Requests
If you are a member of Creekside and need to submit an event request for a Creekside Ministry, please click on the link below and complete a request form. Submitting a form does not guarantee a reservation. Submissions should be made at least one week prior to the date(s) being requested. You will either be contacted for additional information or receive a confirmation email once approved.
We are not taking reservations for non-Creekside events at this time.
