Hurricane Relief
Our hearts are heavy as we watch the news and hear accounts of the devastation left behind by Hurricane Helene. It’s at times like this that the church must rise up and be the Hands and Feet of Jesus. As we seek to do this in a tangible way, let's continue to keep these families and communities covered in the power of prayer.
Creekside Church is partnering with two other churches in the Asheville, NC and Augusta, GA areas to bring much needed supplies to the areas affected by Hurricane Helene. Both churches are serving as distribution sites to their local communities. You can purchase supplies and/or make a financial contribution online. Your financial contribution will be used to purchase supplies. If there are funds left over, the funds will be directed to the Global Methodist disaster relief efforts. If you choose to purchase supplies, you can drop them off at the gym at any of the drop-off times.
SUPPLY NEEDS:
- Bottled Water
- Canned Goods / Nonperishable Items (Peanut Butter, Jelly, Small Individual Boxes of Cereal, Fruit/Cereal Bars, Protein Bars, Oatmeal, Grits, Pasta Sauce, Mac and Cheese, Ramen Noodles, etc.)
- Kids Snacks
- Size 4 & 5 Diapers
- Baby Formula
DROP-OFF INSTRUCTIONS:
All supplies can be dropped off at the gym entrance per the schedule below.
All supplies must be new. NO USED supplies.
DROP-OFF SCHEDULE:
M-F: 7:00am – 9:30am
M-F: 11:30am – 1:00pm
M-F: 3:30pm – 7:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00 noon
